Julie’s career in corporate training, coaching and consulting spans over 25 years. During that time, she has worked within a myriad of industries, training and coaching executives, managers, and top team members from many of the largest firms in the USA, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Her passion, direct style and commitment give her clients the extra push they need to realize their objectives.
When she started out as a communication coach, Julie was helping business leaders improve their presentation skills. Over time, she realized that the need for communication skills improvement extended beyond the presentation setting, so she developed new programs to meet those needs.
Every day, business leaders miss opportunities to make a positive impact, simply by not understanding how others perceive their communication. In a corporate environment, every point of interaction (with a co-worker, a boss, a subordinate, or a client) presents an opportunity to either strengthen a relationship or damage it. Your team members may self-sabotage without noticing the impact of their communication, and if they do, they may not have the tools to change it. Julie helps them make the necessary tweaks to convey greater credibility and have more control over how others perceive them.
